Every commitment, in writing.

Hosting

Hosted in the EU: All customer data is processed and stored on servers in the European Union.
Transfers outside the EU: The few transfers outside the EU are covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Encryption: Encrypted in transit and at rest.

Access

Read-only mailbox: Approved by your administrator in Microsoft Entra ID, never changes or deletes mail.
Separate data per customer: The data of each customer is kept apart from all others. A dedicated database is available on request.
Sign-in: Single sign-on with Microsoft or Google, or email and password.

Your data

Shared training only with consent: Your data improves your results. It trains a model for other customers only with your explicit agreement.
Inquiries only: Only inquiries and the messages that belong to them are stored. Everything else is ignored.
Your corrections: Every correction improves your own results and stays in your account.

Contract and exit

DPA: Processing only on documented instructions, under Art. 28 GDPR.
Deletion: Deleted on request and at the end of the contract. Retention periods are set per type of data.
No lock-in: Export your data and corrections at any time.
Certification: ISO 27001 certification is in preparation.

What happens to our data?

It is processed and stored in the EU under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). It never trains a model for anyone else without your explicit agreement. You can export it, with everything vanadio learned from it, at any time.

Which systems do you connect to?

SAP S/4HANA, SAP R/3 and ECC, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Infor and Sage, the metal ERPs Ametras, M-Soft, StaWiKon, eNVenta, gevis and Thinkwise, plus Salesforce and HubSpot. No direct connection yet? Start with an Excel export.

How long until we are live?

Quoting in two weeks. You send us your data, about two hours of your IT’s time. We set up vanadio with your articles, your prices and your calculation rules. Your ERP is connected whenever you are ready.

How much work is it for our IT?

About two hours. Your IT approves read-only access to the mailbox and sends us the article master, stock list and price lists. We do the rest.
